Valley Lode District
Organized in 1947, the Valley Lode District (VLD) is the proud home of 19 garden clubs and flower guilds. The clubs are located in seven counties throughout California: Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, Mono, Tuolumne, Stanislaus, and San Joaquin.
The Valley Lode District’s objective for the 2024 – 2025 year is twofold:
- To support all clubs to be successful with achievement of goals supporting VLD, CGCI, and NGC objectives.
- To have fun and enjoy the experience of “taking my turn.”
The Valley Lode District’s projects for the 2024 – 2025 year include:
- Creating a public calendar.
- Exploring new social media avenues.
- Developing a scholarship award Lifetime Award to contribute to scholarships.
